Terms and Conditions

Last updated:

These terms apply to the use of this website and to inquiries to SuaSide.

1. Scope

Our offer is aimed at businesses and self-employed people (Section 14 BGB). We conclude contracts for SuaSide services case by case. These terms apply in addition, unless the offer says otherwise.

2. Inquiries

Sending the inquiry form is free and non-binding. It is not an order and does not create a contract.

3. Offer and contract

A contract exists only once we send you an offer by email and you expressly accept it. Scope, prices, schedule and payment terms are set out in the respective offer. We do not publish fixed prices on this website.

4. Services

We design, build and maintain websites as described in the offer. Time estimates are planning values unless expressly agreed as binding.

5. Client cooperation and content

You provide copy, images, logos and other content on time where you supply them yourself.

You confirm that you hold the rights to this content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Usage rights

The offer sets out which rights you receive to the finished website. Our own templates and tools remain our property.

7. References

The logos and names shown on this website stand for businesses we work with. Trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability of the website

We aim for trouble-free operation but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, meaning duties you can regularly rely on. Liability is then limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Mandatory statutory liability, for example under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.

10. External links

The operators of the external websites we link to are solely responsible for their content.

11. Changes

We may change these terms for future contracts. An existing contract is governed by the version published when it was concluded.

12. Governing law and final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If a provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
